- 1 x annual Earnings – maximum benefit of $75,000
- Life coverage terminates at retirement or age 99, whichever is earlier
- Coverage reduces 33% at age 65 and a further 50% at age 70
- AD&D coverage terminates at retirement

| A Compassionate Assistance plan is available with a waiver of premium benefit. The plan provides an advance loan on an employee’s Group life insurance benefit for terminally ill employees. |
